Students Honor Veterans
Our school’s Veterans Day Program was held the morning of November 11th with several in attendance. The children did a marvelous job acknowledging our veterans who have sacrificed so much for our nation. This was an important educational event for our students as well As humans, much of the happiness in our lives comes from being grateful for what we have. Every year at Veterans Day, the children get a lesson in gratitude for the many blessings that our Veterans have preserved for us. For the sake of our children’s happiness, we as parents and teachers need to build this sense of gratitude in them, through knowledge and faith. Remember prayers of gratitude each day at your family’s dinner table and by the bedside each night.
