About Miss Wiese
Hello! My name is Jackie Wiese, and this is my second year here at Sacred Heart Area School as the kindergarten teacher. I grew up near Verndale, MN and graduated from high school there. Then I went on to college at Bemidji State University and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. Over the past summer I got engaged to my fiancé, Zach. We are planning a Fall 2012 wedding! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and reading.

100th Day of School, Valentine’s Day, and Apple Pies! What an exciting week!
The Kindergarten class enjoyed a fun week of activities and dressing up during Catholic Schools Week!
Kindergarten has been a busy place these last couple of months! We have been learning many new words including “I”, “am”, “the”, “little”, “to”, “a”, “is”, “have”, “we”, “my”, and “like”. In math we have been learning about numbers, patterns, and shapes.
In October we learned all about pumpkins and even got to cut one open and feel what is inside! This week we have been learning about our country and practicing songs to sing at the Veterans Day program on
