Bridge to Benefits is a multi-state project by Children’s Defense Fund-Minnesota to improve the well-being of families and individuals by linking them to public work support programs and tax credits.  This link will bring you to the Bridge to Benefits website where you can learn about programs to help meet various needs for your family.  Some helpful direct links are listed below.

Every year the Minnesota Department of Education offers an Early Learning Scholarship through Mahube-Otwa for qualifying families of preschool students.  SHAS is proud to maintain a “Four Star” rating through Parent Aware which means we’ve been recognized for our outstanding preschool program.  We highly recommend that you apply for this scholarship through Mahube-Otwa if you meet the scholarship requirements that are described at the beginning of the application.

Qualifying parents may receive daycare assistance to help pay childcare costs for attending Sacred Heart Area Preschool.
